SAFER Schools Communication Ecosystem

The SAFER Schools Communication Ecosystem is a combination of interoperable technologies and procedures that allow students, teachers and staff to know what to do, know what is going on and know how to get help in an emergency.  It promotes an empowering sense of psychological safety among students, teachers and staff before, during and after a crisis.  They feel SAFER at school.

Combining common standard language protocols (an SRP) with interoperable communication technologies creates a layered approach to school safety.  There is no one answer when it comes to protecting our kids. It takes the concerted efforts of security professionals along with the tools procedures and training to meet the moment.
